She played D-1 basketball at Troy University and has a lifelong passion for community work and mentoring youth and young adults. Keisha Ellis and Deborah Roberts: A Knowledgeable, Responsive, and Above-and-Beyond Team!
I highly recommend this firm. I mostly worked with my listing agent, Keisha, and Deborah with operations. Both are very knowledgable and on top of everything. We started the process in March but we delayed the closing as it was best for seller and buyer. When there was a lull in activity, Keisha, would still check in just to make sure I knew I wasn't forgotten - and that means a lot! We had some struggles with getting required documentation from the HOA management company and my team even assisted the buyers agent with trying to get what her lender needed. Above and beyond! Throughout the process, everyone was professional, responsive, and I truly felt like they had my back. Although it was quite stressful dealing with the HOA, they kept on top of everything (and that is rare to find these days). There are no negatives with this team and I'm super grateful for all their hard work and keeping me sane through the process. Thank you Keisha and Deborah - you ladies rock!!
