Dawn Davis brings a lifetime of community roots and a career built on service to her role as a REALTOR® with the Chris Pappalardo Team.
Dawn grew up in Pilot Mountain, NC, north of Winston-Salem, before coming to Greensboro to study at UNC-Greensboro. Prior to real estate, she spent over 25 years as an English teacher at Southwest Guilford High School in High Point — a career defined by patience, communication, and genuine care for the people she served.
Those same qualities carry into her work in real estate. Whether helping a first-time buyer navigate the process or guiding a family through their next move, Dawn approaches every client relationship with the same dedication she brought to the classroom.
Her ties to the region run deep. Over the years, Greensboro, High Point, and the surrounding communities have become home, and she has a genuine investment in helping others find their place in it.
